Another warm humid night is ahead of us with temperatures in the 70s and high humidity. This sets us up for Tuesday for thunderstorms. The Storm Prediction Center has increased the geographic coverage area of the marginal risk for severe weather. This means there will be some isolated severe thunderstorms possible embedded in a larger area of downpours and thunderstorms that move through. It seems that everyone should see something out of this. Temperatures on Tuesday will be in the 80s.
Not much is happening at the moment satellite and radar wise. There are some scattered areas of thunderstorms.in Western Pennsylvania and to the west in Ohio & around the Great Lakes. Nothing should be around overnight into Tuesday morning. The main threat time for thunderstorms will be Tuesday afternoon into the evening.
Once the front passes Wednesday and Thursday will be warm but dry with low humidity and sunshine. Highs will be in the 80s.
