Flood Watch Continues Plus Florence Strengthens As Risk Grows For Carolinas

It has been a rainy day across Pennsylvania and we have more to go as the remnants of Tropical Storm Gordon continue to get involved with a warm front to the south and low pressure to the west. Rain continues overnight into Monday morning and flooding is likely with several inches or more of rain possible before this starts to move northward on Monday.
